摘要
邯黄铁路对于完善区域路网构成、畅通区域交流、加快城市化进程、发展地方经济具有重要作用。通过分析衡水地区既有铁路概况和城市规划,结合线位走向和车流组织特点,邯黄铁路引入衡水地区研究方案,即:联络线引入清凉店站,以及邯黄铁路引入清凉店站2个方案,从工程投资、管理方式、运营里程、施工过渡等方面,对引入方案进行综合比选,推荐采用联络线引入清凉店站方案。同时,对接轨站衡水东站和清凉店站的车站设计进行研究,为相关铁路接轨方案比选和接轨站方案研究提供依据。
Handan-Huanghua railway plays an important role in improving the regional rail network, facilitating the regional traffic, speeding up the local urbanization, and promoting the local economic growth. Based on a review of the local rail network, city planning, line position and traffic organization, this paper puts forward two proposals to connect this region with the railway line：1. connecting HandanHuanghua connecting line to Qingliangdian Station; 2. connecting Qingliangdian Station to the network. The paper concludes that the second option is the better choice with a comprehensive comparison of the two proposals from technical and economic aspects, that include investment, management, mileage and construction transition. The paper also provides clues to comparison, selection and research of the proposed connection plans in the future with its studies of the designs of Hengshui East Station and Qingliangdian Station.
