摘要
面对海量的科学数据仓储,研究人员检索和获取数据的难度越来越大,科学数据仓储注册平台的出现正是为了解决这一难题。文章以全球知名的科学数据仓储注册平台re3data作为统计数据来源,详细介绍re3data的功能,并以美国和中国发布的科学数据仓储作为研究对象,从数据浏览、数据检索与获取、数据管理和平台软件等方面进行对比研究,以期为我国研究人员访问科学数据仓储提供指引,为科学数据仓储建设及注册平台的发展提供启示。
It is more and more difficult for researchers to search and access the data they need when surrounded by a large number of scientific data repositories,then the registry of scientific data repositories appears accordingly to solve this puzzle. In this paper, re3data, a famous registry of global scientific data repositories is used as the statistical data source. This paper describes the function of re3data in detail and selects the scientific data repositories of the United States and China from re3data as the research object. It compares scientific data repositories of the United States and China from the following aspects： data browse, data retrieval and access, data management and platform software, in order to provide guide for researchers＇ accessing,and provide inspiration for the construction of scientific data repositories and the development of registry platforms in China.
