摘要
高校图书馆机构知识库近年发展迅速,然而随着机构知识库的发展,版权涉及问题的复杂性和迫切性显得日益突出。在分析了高校图书馆机构知识库的存储协议、版权转让等问题后,本文借鉴国外高校机构知识库的运作经验提出了以下几点方案:数字版权管理;合理使用原则;版权政策内容的规范化等。
With the rapid development of University Library Institutional Repository in recent years,the complexity of copyright issues and the urgency of solving them become very prominent.After analyzing the University Library institutional repository storage protocols,copyright transfers and other issues,this paper gave following solutions as： a.digital copyright management;b.the fair use principle;c.specifying the copyright policy and so on.
