摘要
介绍日本的开放获取策略数据库SCPJ和科学技术振兴机构(JST)为支持各个学会制定的开放获取策略,从中分析日本机构知识库对后印本论文的著作权和开放获取策略,并阐释其对我国机构知识库实行开放获取的启示。
This paper introduces the open access policy that the Society Copyright Policies in Japan （SCPJ） and the Japan Science and Technology. （JST） developed for supporting academies, analyzes the policies of Japanese institutional repositories on the copyright and open access of postprint theses, and discusses what Chinese institutional repositories should learn from those policies when cal^ing out the policy of open access.
