摘要
当今信息技术高速发展使文献加工、储存和传播方式发生巨大变化,给文献保障工作带来诸多挑战与机遇,本文通过对日本文献保障体系建设工作进行调研,总结有益经验,为国家科技图书文献中心的发展提供政策建议。
Nowadays, the rapid development of information technology has made great changes in the processing, storage and transmission of literature, which brings many challenges and opportunities to the literature security work. The paper study on the construction of the Japanese literature security system to summarize the beneficial experience and provide policy advice for National Science and Technology Library.
