高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙挺在阻生牙拔除术中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析探讨阻生牙拔除中,高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙挺应用的效果。方法本次一共入选阻生牙患者70例,入选时间为2016年1月~2017年1月收治我院,以随机的方式分成2组,各35例;其中,对照组患者采取传统拔牙术,观察组患者采取高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙挺手术方法,比较两组手术效果。结果在断根率、恐惧发生率以及拔牙窝不完整率上,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在敲击增隙率上,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙挺在阻生牙拔除术中的临床应用效果突出,值得采纳及应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of high-speed turbo drill and minimally invasive extraction in the extraction of impacted teeth. Methods A total of 70 patients with impacted teeth were enrolled in this study. They were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017. They were randomly divided into 2 groups of 35 patients each; among them, patients in the control group took traditional extraction. The patients in the observation group took high-speed turbo drills and minimally invasive extractions to compare the surgical results of the two groups. Results In the root-cutting rate, the incidence of fear and the incompleteness rate of extraction socket, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05); in the knockover rate, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of high-speed turbo drill and minimally invasive tooth extraction in impacted tooth extraction is outstanding. It is worth adopting and applying.
