摘要
目的探讨微创拔牙治疗儿童埋伏多生牙的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月至2022年10月广州市妇女儿童医疗中心接诊的96例埋伏多生牙患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例。对照组应用传统拔牙,观察组应用微创拔牙。比较两组术后肿胀及术后疼痛情况。结果观察组术后肿胀程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创拔牙治疗儿童埋伏多生牙的临床效果显著,能够减轻术后肿胀及疼痛,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction in the treatment of embedded supernumerary teeth in children.Methods A total of 96 children with embedded supernumerary teeth in Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tooth extraction,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive tooth extraction.The condition of postoperative swelling and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative swelling in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive tooth extraction treating embedded supernumerary teeth in children has significant clinical effect,which can reduce postoperative swelling and pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
