少数民族幼儿教师职业倦怠与社会支持的关系研究——以贵州省实地调查为例 被引量:3

摘要 采用Maslach职业倦怠量表和社会支持评定量表,对贵州省145名少数民族幼儿教师进行调查,以考察其职业倦怠的现状及其与社会支持的关系。结果发现:少数民族幼儿教师的职业倦怠存在轻度及以上的比例为55.9%,整体上不太严重,同汉族相比得分无显著差异但检出率有显著差异;少数民族幼儿教师的社会支持及主观支持和支持利用度与情绪衰竭和玩世不恭均呈显著负相关;社会支持的支持利用度对情绪衰竭与玩世不恭均具有显著的预测作用。 To explore the status quo of job burnout and its connection to social support in kindergarten ethnic-minority teachers from Guizhou,a sample of 145 teachers were measured with the Maslach Burnout Inventory( MBI).The results showed( 1) that 55. 9% of the current individuals were suffering job burnout,not significantly different from Han teachers in term of scores but reverse in that of detection rates;( 2) that social support and two of its dimensions,subjective support and support use,were significantly positively related to exhaustion and cynicism;and( 3) that support use was significantly predictive of exhaustion and cynicism.
