摘要
幼儿园教师是职业倦怠的易发群体,而人格特质则是影响个体职业倦怠的重要因素。对江苏省六城市563名幼儿园教师的调查结果显示,幼儿园教师职业倦怠程度较高;"神经质""宜人性""开放性"人格特质是影响幼儿园教师职业倦怠的重要因素;"宜人性""开放性"人格特质越明显,幼儿园教师的职业倦怠程度越高。可从教师个体、教师教育和社会评价等方面采取相应措施,以减轻幼儿园教师职业倦怠程度。
Kindergarten teachers are high-risk group of job burnout,and personality is an important factor to influence individual job burnout. A survey that was carried out on 563 kindergarten teachers in 6 cities of Jiangsu Province shows that job burnout in kindergarten teachers is remarkable; neurotic,agreeable,and open personality are important factors for job burnout and the more agreeable and open one’s personality is,the more intense his job burnout is. Therefore,it is suggested that measures should be taken to relieve kindergarten teachers’ job burnout from the aspects of individual teacher,teacher education and social evaluation.
