摘要
目的本实验的课题主要探讨健脾和胃汤配合针灸在治疗脾胃虚弱(虚寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法先根据随机数字法对本院2015年2月—2017年3月的60例脾胃虚弱(虚寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎患者进行分组,30例对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,30例实验组患者采用健脾和胃汤配合针灸治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者临床治疗的总有效率为93.33%,远高于对照组的66.67%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾和胃汤配合针灸治疗在脾胃虚弱(虚寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎中具有良好的临床效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Hewei decoction combined with acupuncture in treating chronic superfcial gastritis of deficiency of spleen and stomach（deficiency cold）. Methods From February 2015 to March 2017, 60 cases of chronic superfcial gastritis with weak spleen and stomach （deficiency cold） were divided into groups：30 cases of control group were treated with routine western medicine and 30 cases of experimental group were treated with Jianpi Hewei Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. Results The total efective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%, which was much higher than that in the control group（66.67%）. Conclusion Jianpi Hewei decoction combined with acupuncture treatment has good clinical effect in chronic superficial gastritis of deficiency of spleen and stomach （defciency cold）,and has high popularization value.
