摘要
目的:探讨中药内服并针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:收治脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者60例,采用针灸及自拟胃愈汤进行治疗。结果:本组60例患者治愈44例,治愈率73.3%,好转14例,好转率23.3%,无效2例,总有效率96.7%。结论:中药内服并针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡治愈率高,总有效率高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral and acupuncture in the treatment of peptic ulcer of spleen deficiency type.Methods:60 patients with peptic ulcer of spleen deficiency type were selected,they were treated with acupuncture and self antigastropathy soup.Results:In the 60 patients,44 cases were cured,the cure rate was 73.3%;14cases were improved,the improvement rate was 23.3%;2 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency rate was 96.6%.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture has high cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment of peptic ulcer of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.
