摘要
目的探讨中医辨证治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法选取2012年1月-2014年1月就诊的慢性浅表性胃炎患者31例中医辩证施治。结果临床控制8例,控制率25.8%,显效12例,显效率38.7%,有效10例,有效率32.2%,无效1例,无效率3.2%,总有效率为97.1%。结论慢性浅表性胃炎,多呈脾胃湿热证,其中活动性炎变尤显;也有呈脾胃气虚证,多属非活动性炎变;还可呈脾虚湿热证。辨证治疗,可获较为满意之疗效。
Objective The effect of traditional Chinese medical and dialectical treatment of superficial gastritis is to be investigated. MethodsApplying traditional Chinese medical and dialectical treatment to 31 patients with superficial gastritis who went to see the doctor from January 2012 to January 2014. Results The illness state of 8 patients were clinically controlled, the controlling incidence is 25.8%, 12 cases had a sign of improvement, 10 cases were effective with effectiveness probability, and one case was ineffective, the effectiveness rate is 97.1% in total. Conclusion The feature of superficial gastritis is mainly that the stomach and spleen is filled with damp and heat, and the active inflammatory changes are outstanding features of superficial gastritis, and non-active inflammatory changes are available as well, which are features of patients with deficiency energy as well as with stomach and spleen filled with damp and heat. Traditional Chinese medical and dialectical treatment could achieve desirable effects.
