摘要
目的对高渗盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的效果进行分析和讨论。方法 56例研究对象均为我院2016年5月—2017年7月接收的毛细支气管炎患儿,依据治疗方法将其平均分为两组,将接受常规治疗的28例患儿纳入到对照组中,将接受高渗盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的28例患儿纳入到研究组,对两组患儿效果和临床症状缓解时间进行比较。结果在治疗总有效率方面,对照组是75.00%,研究组是96.43%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在喘憋、啰音以及咳嗽缓解时间方面,研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将高渗盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入应用于毛细支气管炎治疗之中,在提升患儿治疗效果的同时,也能够缩短患儿喘憋、啰音以及咳嗽缓解时间。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of inhalation of hypertonic saline combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods 56 cases were all children with bronchiolitis received in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2017. The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment method, and 28 children who received routine treatment were included in the control group. 28 cases of hypertonic saline combined with budesonide inhalation therapy were included in the study group. The efect of two groups of children and the remission time of clinical symptoms were compared. Results The total effective rate was 75.00% in the control group and 96.43% in the study group. The diference between the study group and the control group was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. In the aspect of wheezing, rales and cough remission time, the study group was signifcantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hypertonic saline combined with budesonide inhalation is effective in the treatment of bronchiolitis. It can shorten the time of relieving asthma, rale and cough.
