摘要
中小企业作为经济产业发展的活力源泉,承担着我国80%左右的劳动就业人数,为国民经济健康稳定发展奠定了坚实基础。同时中小企业财务管理体系不完善,对财务管理重视不够,财务管理无法充分发挥支持企业发展的强大动力,致使诸多中小企业因为资金链断裂、财务漏洞等问题导致破产。本文以中小企业财务管理为研究内容,结合我国中小企业实际情况,查找存在的问题,提出解决对策,为促进中小企业改善财务管理提供解决方案。
As the source of vitality for the development of economic industry, SMEs bear about 80% of China＇s labor employment,laying a solid foundation for the healthy and stable development of the national economy. At the same time, the financial management system of SMEs is not perfect, and the importance of financial management is not enough. The financial management can not fully play its strong driving force to support the development of enterprises, resulting in many SMEs leading to bankruptcy because of capital chain breaks, financial loopholes and other issues. This article takes SME financial management as the research content, combines the actual situation of SMEs in China, finds out the existing problems, and proposes countermeasures to provide solutions for SMEs to improve financial management.
