摘要
财务管理是现代企业管理的一项重要内容,财务管理工作效率对企业的经营效益有重要的影响关系。目前我国中小企业的财务管理工作普遍存在不规范、不合理、不健全的问题。对此,本文对中小企业财务管理工作中的问题进行了较为全面的分析和探讨,并提出了改进财务管理工作的具体建议和保障措施,以期完善我国中小企业财务管理工作。
Financial management is an important part of modern enterprise management. The efficiency of financial management has an important impact on the operating efficiency of enterprises. At present, the financial management of SMEs in China is generally unregulated, unreasonable and unsound. In this regard, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the problems in the financial management of SMEs, and puts forward specific suggestions and safeguard measures to improve the financial management work, in order to improve the financial management of SMEs in China.
