摘要
研究了采用φ1.2mm的S301和φ1.6mm的ER5356铝基焊丝MIG焊接AZ91D镁合金的可焊接性。试验表明,在各自的焊接规范内两种焊丝均可完成有效焊接,焊缝中存在大量的Mg_(17)Al_(12)脆硬相,严重影响了焊缝的力学性能。焊缝中Mg基固溶体和Mg-Al脆硬相的相对含量与局部Mg和Al的含量相关。通过向焊缝过渡锌合金,发现Zn元素可以明显减少焊缝中的Mg_(17)Al_(12)相,析出MgZn_2新相,促进了Mg基固溶体的生长,最终提高了焊缝的综合力学性能。
The properties of MIG welding AZ91 Dcast magnesium alloy with φ1.2 mm S301 and φ1.6 mm ER5356 aluminum wire were investigated.The results reveal that two kinds of welding wires can be welded effectively in each welding specification,and a large number of Mg(17)Al(12) brittle phases can be observed in the welded zone,which affect seriously the mechanical properties of the welded zone.The relative content of the Mg based solid solution and the Mg-Al brittle phase in the welded zone is related to the ratio of local Mg and Al.By adding zinc alloy to the welding zone,it is found that zinc can reduce greadly the Mg(17)Al(12) phase in the welded zone,and MgZn2 new phase is precipitated,which promote the growth of magnesium based solid solution.Finally,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welding zone are improved.
