铸造工艺对ER5356铝合金焊丝缺陷和力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Casting Process on Defect Formation and Mechanical Property of ER5356 Aluminum Alloy Welding Wires

摘要 连铸过程中铝液进入结晶器直到完全凝固形成的凝固角,对铸坯缩松缺陷形成影响明显。对ER5356铝合金焊丝铸坯凝固过程进行研究,通过数值模拟技术,优化了影响凝固角大小的铸造工艺参数,通过控制凝固角度,抑制缩松形成。采用X射线探伤仪和常温拉伸试验机对优化后的成品焊丝进行焊缝质量和性能检测。结果表明,保持其他铸造参数不变,降低生产速度,会使铸坯凝固角减小,有利于抑制缩松形成,减少心部缺陷。当铸坯生产速度为1.15~1.20 t/h、铸造温度为690~700℃、冷却水流量为9~10 m^(3)/h,凝固角为56°~65°,铸坯缩松得到完全抑制,焊丝心部无缺陷。焊接后接头的气孔率最低,约为<0.43%,焊接接头抗拉强度最高,为282.13~283.38 MPa,满足GB/T32181-2015焊接接头强度的要求(>275 MPa)。 Liquid aluminum enters the crystallizer wheel until completely solidified to form solidification angle,which is directly related to the formation of shrinkage defects in the casting billet.The solidification process of casting ingot of ER5356 aluminum alloy welding wire was analyzed.The casting process parameters that affect the size of solidification angle were optimized through numerical simulation to obtain appropriate solidification angle and inhibit the formation of porosity.X-ray flaw detector and normal temperature tensile equipment were employed to inspect the quality and performance of optimized finished welding wire.The results indicate that the reduction of casting speed can reduce the solidification angle of the casting ingot with constant casting parameters,which is beneficial to inhibit the formation of porosity and reduce the defects of center.With the casting speed of 1.15~1.20 t/h,pouring temperature of 690~700℃,cooling water volume of 9~10 m°/h,and solidification angle of 65°~56°,the porosity of casting ingot is completely suppressed without defect in the center of welding wire.Meanwhile,the porosity of welded joint reaches mininum value and the tensile strength of welded joints reach the maximum value,which are less than 0.43% and 282.13~283.38 MPa,respectively,meeting the requirements of GB/T32181-2015 for tensile strength of welded joint(>275 MPa).
