摘要 应用均匀设计法设计并进行淬硬钢SM1CrNi3的高速铣削试验,分析铣削速度、每齿进给量、侧吃刀量、背吃刀量、刀尖半径和刀具材料对切削力和表面质量的影响。结果表明:刀具材料对切削力有影响,对表面质量无影响;铣削用量和刀尖半径对切削力和表面质量都有影响,且不一致,甚至是矛盾的,因此在实际生产选择铣削参数时应以表面质量为先,兼顾切削力。 A high speed milling test of quench steel SM1CrNi3 is designed and carried out based on uniform design method. The effect of milling speed,feed per tooth,axial cutting depth,radial cutting depth,tool nose radius and tool material on cutting force and surface quality are analyzed. The results show that the tool material has effect on cutting force and has no effect on surface quality; the milling parameters and tool nose radius have effect on cutting force and surface quality,but they aren't consistent,even are conflicting. The surface quality should be put first and the cutting force should be balanced in selecting milling parameters of practical production.
