摘要
基于正交试验设计,使用PCBN刀具进行断续干式车削淬硬工具钢Cr12MoV试验,测得在不同切削参数下的切削力。运用极差分析与方差分析方法,研究各切削参数对断续切削时瞬态冲击力与准静态切削力的影响。应用SPSS软件对准静态切削力进行分析,得出准静态切削力的经验公式。研究结果表明:断续切削方式下,在切削参数中,背吃刀量对瞬态冲击力有显著影响,切削速度和背吃刀量均对准静态切削力影响较大;经验公式对准静态切削力的预测平均误差约为6.3%。
Based on orthogonal design method, an experiment on dry turning of tool steel Crl2MoV was conducted with PCBN cutting tools. Cutting forces were measured under different parameters. The effects of various cutting parameters to the transient impact and quasistatic cutting force under interrupted cutting process were investigated by using the range a- nalysis and variance analysis. Quasistatic cutting force was analyzed by using the software SPSS. The empirical formula of quasistatic cutting force was built. It turns out that in the parameters, the depth of cut has significant influence to the tran- sient impact under interrupted cutting process. Both cutting speed and the depth of cut have a bigger influence on quasistat- ic cutting force; The average prediction error of the empirical formulas of quasistatic cutting force was 6.3%.
