摘要
目的及方法:分别采用紫外分光光度法和HPLC法测定了藏柴胡(来源于窄竹叶柴胡Bupleurum marginatum var.stenophyllum)及种植北柴胡(B.chinese)和竹叶柴胡(B.marginatum)中柴胡总皂苷、柴胡皂苷a和柴胡皂苷d的含量。结果:总皂苷含量藏柴胡为2.93%~5.86%,北柴胡为1.56%~2.25%,竹叶柴胡为1.83%~2.50%;柴胡皂苷a+d含量藏柴胡为2.03%~3.95%,北柴胡为0.46%~1.28%,竹叶柴胡为0.88%~1.90%。结论:藏柴胡种植量正以甘肃为中心不断扩大,其中柴胡皂苷含量显著高于其他柴胡,将产生不同的临床效果,应引起充分重视。
Objective and Methods： The content of saikosaponin a, d and total saikosaponins from Bupleurum mar- ginatum vat. stenophyUum （ BS ） , cultivated B. Chinese （ BC ） and B. marginatum （ BM ） . were determined by HPLC and UV. Results： The content of total saikosaponins were 2. 93% - 5.86% for BS, 1.56% - 2. 25% for BC and 1.83% - 2. 50% for BM. The total content of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d were 2. 03% - 3.95% for BS, 0. 46% - 1.28% for BC and 0. 88% - 1.90% for BM. Conclusion ： The plant scale of BS is constantly expanding from Gansu province. The saikosaponins content from BS is significantly higher than that from the other 2 cultivated species and may have different clinical effects.
