摘要
为获得更优质的柴胡品种资源,本文以‘川北柴2号’(Bupleurum chinense)和农家栽培竹叶柴(Bupleurum marginatum)2种柴胡为试材,对其发芽率、生长发育特性进行比较研究。结果表明,‘川北柴2号’植株的种子发芽率显著高于农家栽培竹叶柴,且随着种子储存时间的增长,2种柴胡种子均保持先不变后降低的趋势。在不同生长期,‘川北柴2号’遗传参数的相对标准偏差(RSD)均较小,植株整齐一致,个体差异小,遗传性状优良稳定。‘川北柴2号’植株的根产量和种子产量均优于农家栽培竹叶柴,且其药材性状与质量较为均一。综合而言,‘川北柴2号’植株的植物学、遗传学及生药学性状优于农家栽培竹叶柴,具有较高的推广价值。
To obtain high quality Radix Bupleuri resources, we studied the germination rate, growth anddevelopment characteristics of Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum marginatum. The results indicated that theseed germination rate of Bupleurum chinense was significantly higher than that of Bupleurum marginatum. Withthe increase of seed storage time, the germination rate of the two kinds Radix Bupleuri was first unchanged thenreduced. At different growth stages, the relative standard deviation values of Bupleurum chinense were allrelatively small. Moreover, the plants were tidy, had tiny individual difference, and the genetic characters werestable. Compared with Bupleurum chinense, Bupleurum marginatum had more obvious superiority on the yieldof roots and output of seeds, and the medicinal characters and quality were quite even. In conclusion, thebotany, genetics and pharmacognosy traits of Bupleurum chinense are better than those of Bupleurum marginatum, and Bupleurum chinense has high promotion value.
