通用粘接剂固化后唾液污染对Ⅴ类洞充填体微渗漏的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨通用型粘接剂固化后唾液污染及再处理对Ⅴ类洞充填体边缘微渗漏的影响。方法:选取50颗离体前磨牙,于釉牙骨质界处预备楔状缺损洞型,随机分为5组,每组10颗牙齿。A组:直接涂布Single Bond Univer sal通用粘接剂,吹干光照;B—E组:涂布Single Bond Univer sal通用粘接剂,吹干光照。新鲜唾液污染牙面10s后分别采用干燥;冲洗后干燥;冲洗后干燥再涂布粘接剂;及冲洗后干燥,再酸蚀再涂布粘接剂四种处理方式。所有试件均用Filte K Z350XT树脂进行充填。经冷热循环和亚甲基兰溶液染色后,从颊舌方向平行于牙体长轴正中将充填体纵向剖开,体视显微镜观测各组充填体龈壁边缘微渗漏程度。结果:通用粘接剂固化后唾液污染牙面仅干燥B组和冲洗后干燥C组其边缘微渗漏均高于未污染A组、差异具有统计学意义。冲洗干燥再涂布粘接剂D组和冲洗干燥、再酸蚀再涂布粘接剂E组与未污染A组龈壁边缘微渗漏无统计学差别。结论:Single Bond Universal通用粘接剂固化后唾液污染可导致充填体边缘微渗漏的增加。在临床操作中应避免唾液污染,一旦受到唾液污染后,应立即冲洗,干燥及再次应用粘接剂可减少树脂边缘微渗漏。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the Effect of saliva contamination on microleakage at the gingival margin after universal adhesive curing in class Ⅴ restorations.Methods:A total of 50 fresh orthodontically extracted human premolars were included in this study.Class Ⅴ cavities were prepared with a cylindrical diamond bur on the facial surfaces of each tooth.Teeth were divided into five groups(10 in each group).A universal adhesive(Single Bond Universal,3 M)was used.The adhesive was applied according to the instructions of manufacture under self-etch mode.In group A,Single Bond Universal was applied onto the surfaces directly as the control group.In other four groups,the surface of tooth was treated with the following methods after contaminated with artificial saliva for 10s.Group B,drying;Group C,water spraying and drying;Group D,water spraying,drying and reapplication of adhesive;Group E,water spraying,drying and re-etching and reapplication of adhesive.The cavities were restored with composite resin(FilteK Z350XT)after the adhesive system treatment.After cold and hot circulation and methylene blue solution dyeing for 24 h.All teeth were cut in buccal-lingual direction and the degree of dye penetration was observed under stereomicroscope for the microleakage.Results:The present study revealed that the micro-leakage at the gingival margin in Group B and Group C were more than A group(P〈0.05).The micro-leakage at the gingival margin is no difference between A,D and E groups.(P〈0.05)Conclusion:Saliva contamination after universal adhesive curing could significantly increase the micro-leakage at the gingival margin in class Ⅴ restorations.When salivary contamination occurs,decontamination with rinsing,drying and reapplication of adhesive may reduce the micro-leakage at the gingival margin in class Ⅴ restorations.
