摘要
目的:评价老年患者v类洞应用三种材料保存修复的临床效果。方法:对158例患者共396颗患牙随机分3组,分别采取玻璃离子水门汀充填修复;日本松风光固化树脂充填;可乐丽霏露AP-XTM树脂充填修复。观察2年的临床修复效果,并对结果进行分析。结果:采用可乐丽霏露修复132颗患牙,2年后复诊成功率98.49%,日本松风光固化树脂修复132颗患牙,2年后复诊成功率82.58%,玻璃离子水门汀充填修复132颗患牙,2年后复诊患牙成功率78.03%。可乐丽霏露AP-XTM修复成功率明显高于其它2组。结论:适当的充填材料和酸蚀粘结体系是老年患者v类洞保存牙体修复成功的重要因素。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of three different materials in filling V type Cavities of elder patients.Methods： 396 teeth with wedge-shaped defects and root caries of the 158 aged patients were randomly divided into three groups,which were restored with AP-XTM, GIass Ionomer cement（GIC） and Shoufu composite resin respectivily. All patients were followed-up for 2 years to analyse the clinical effects. Results： The successful ratio of GIC group was 78.03%, Shofu group was 82.58%, and that of Clearfil AP-XTM group was 98.49%. There was no significant difference between GIC group and Shofu group by chi square test. There were significant difference of Clearfil AP-XTM compared with the other two groups. Conclusion： Appropriate filling materials and acid etching adhesives are important for successful treatment of V type cavities in aged patients.
