摘要
目的比较树脂加强型玻璃离子和自粘接树脂型水门汀粘接剂对氧化锆全瓷冠的临床粘接效果。方法选取66例患者100颗需要进行氧化锆全瓷冠修复的患牙,随机分为两组(n=50),分别采用3M RelyX^(TM) Luting树脂加强型玻璃离子粘固剂(Rely X L组)和3M RelyX^(TM) U200通用自粘接树脂水门汀(RelyX U组)粘接。两年后复查,检查修复体的固位情况及边缘密合性,比较两组修复的成功率。结果 RelyX L组修复成功率98.0%;RelyX U组修复成功率100.0%,两组间差异无统计学意义。结论在进行氧化锆全瓷冠修复时,采用树脂加强型玻璃离子和自粘接树脂型水门汀粘接剂均能取得良好的临床粘接效果。
Objective To compare the clinical bonding efficiency of zirconium oxide ceramic crowns with resinreinforced glass ionomer and self-adhesive resin cement. Methods One hundred teeth of 66 patients were selected and received the zirconium oxide ceramic crown restoration. They were randomly devided into RelyX L group and RelyX U group( n = 50). The crowns in RelyX L group were bonded with 3M RelyX^TM Luting cement,and the crowns in RelyX U group were bonded with 3M RelyX^TM U200 self-adhesive resin cement. All cases were followed up for two years. The retention and edge of zirconium oxide ceramic crowns were evaluated. The success rate of the two groups was compared.Results The success rate of the RelyX L group was 98. 0%,and the success rate of the RelyX U group was 100. 0%. The difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Both resin-reinforced glass ionomer and self-adhesive resin cement could get good clinical bonding efficiency with zirconium oxide ceramic crowns.
