摘要
目的比较两种不同粘结系统用于石英纤维桩修复的粘结效果。方法将2018年1~6月期间在泰州职业技术学院口腔门诊部就诊需行纤维桩修复的68例患者共82颗前牙纳入研究,采用随机数表法将患者分为自酸蚀组(34例40颗前牙)和自粘结组(34例42颗前牙)。自酸蚀组使用Dentsply Xeno®V PLUS自酸蚀粘结系统,自粘结组使用3M RelyXUnicem自粘结树脂水门汀进行石英纤维桩粘结,粘结后调磨抛光或行冠修复。修复后6个月、12个月、24个月比较两组的修复成功率。结果修复后6个月,两组患牙的桩核或冠修复体均稳固无松动,牙体组织完整,成功率为100%;自酸蚀组患牙修复后12个月和24个月的成功率分别为97.50%、95.00%,自粘结组患牙修复后12个月和24个月的成功率分别为95.24%、92.86%,两组患牙的修复成功率进行组内和组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自酸蚀粘结系统与自粘结树脂水门汀用于石英纤维桩修复,两年内的成功率相当,均可获得较好的粘结效果。
Objective To compare the bonding effect of two different bonding systems for quartz fiber post restoration.Methods Sixty-eight patients(82 teeth)who were scheduled for fiber post restoration in Dental Outpatient Department,Taizhou Polytechnic College from January to June 2018 were included in the study,which were randomly divided into self-etching group(34 patients,40 teeth)and self-adhesive group(34 patients,42 teeth).Dentsply Xeno?V PLUS was used in self-etching group,and 3 M Rely X Unicem was used in self-adhesive group for quartz fiber post bonding.Grinding and polishing or crown restoration were performed after bonding.The success rates of the two groups were compared at 6,12 and 24 months after restoration.Results Six months after restoration,the post core or crown of two groups were stable and the tooth tissue was intact,and the success rates were both 100%.The success rate of self-etching group at 12 and 24 months after repair were 97.50%and 95.00%,which showed no statistically significant difference with 95.24%and92.86%in self-adhesive group(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-etching bonding system and self-adhesive resin cement have similar success rate for quartz fiber post restoration within two years,and both of them can obtain good bonding effect.
