表面酸蚀对自粘接树脂水门汀粘接牙齿强度的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究对比磷酸酸蚀牙釉质与牙本质前后,Rely X U200自粘接树脂水门汀对Vita MarkⅡ陶瓷与牙的粘接强度。方法:分别制备20个牙釉质块(A组)和20个牙本质块(B组),各组随机分成2组;制备40个瓷块,随机分成4小组;从各组中随机抽取一小组样本表面用磷酸酸蚀(A_(EH)组和B_(DH)组),另外一小组不酸蚀(A_E组和B_D组),用Rely X U200将各小组牙块与Vita MarkⅡ陶瓷进行粘接,测量其剪切强度,体视显微镜观察其断裂界面。结果:A_(EH)组和A_E组的剪切强度(MPa)分别为22.20±2.85和12.37±2.98(P<0.05),界面破坏分别为1例和5例,混合破坏分别为9例和5例;B_(DH)组和B_D组的剪切强度分别为7.30±2.43和10.71±2.02,界面破坏分别是8例和7例,混合破坏分别为2例和3例。结论:表面酸蚀可增强自粘接树脂水门汀与釉质的粘接强度,降低牙本质的粘接强度。牙釉质界面破坏主要为混合破坏,牙本质界面主要为粘接界面破坏。 Objective:To compare the shear strengths of Vita Mark II ceramic blocks bonded to enamel and dentin with and without etching respectively by self-adhesive resin cement of Rely X U200.Methods:20 enamel slices(group A)and 20 dentin slices(group B)were respectively divided into 2 groups.10 slices of each group were etched by phosphoric acid,then 40 Vita Mark II ceramic blocks were respectively bonded to the slices,the sample were grouped into AE(without etching),AEH(with etching),BD(without etching)and BDH(with etching),shear strength of the samples was measured and the failure types were evaluated after debonding.Results:The shear strength(MPa)of group AEHand AEwas 22.20±2.85 and 12.37±2.98(P〈0.05),that of group BDHand BD7.30±2.43 and 10.71±2.02(P〈0.05),respectively.Tooth-adhesive interfacial failure was observed in 5,1,7 and 8,mixed failure in 5,9,3 and 2 cases of group AE,AEH,BDand BDHrespectively.Conclusion:Acid etching for enamel bond to ceramic by selfadhesive resin cement Rely X U200 may increase the bonding strength.Mixed failure is the main type of debonding,that for dentine may decrease the bonding strength and interface failure in the main type of debonding
