摘要
目的检测树脂加强型玻璃离子粘固剂的粘结强度,探讨影响粘结性能的相关因素。方法30颗健康离体前磨牙分成两组,分别用京津釉质粘合剂和树脂加强型玻璃离子粘固剂初次、二次粘接托槽,测剪切强度及粘结剂残余指数。结果树脂加强型玻璃离子粘固剂的粘结强度与临床普遍使用的京津釉质粘合剂的粘结强度相近,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论树脂加强型玻璃离子粘固剂可以替代复合树脂粘结剂,能够满足临床需要。
Objective To evaluate the shear bond strength of a new light - cured resin reinforced glass .ionomer cement for bonding brackets and to investigate factors which influence bonding adhesive. Methods Thirty premolars extracted were randomly divided into two groups , brackets were bonded with resin reinforced glass ionomer cement in group one and with a standard composite resin bonding adhesive in group two. The shear bond strength of the first time and the second time was performed, the adhesive remnant index was tested after debonded. Results It showed that the shear bond strength of resin reinforced glass ionomer was close to that of a standard composite resin bonding adhesive. There was no statistically significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The bond strength of resin reinforced glass ionomer was satisfied to clinic demand as a substitute for traditional composite resin bonding adhesive.
