摘要
目的探讨前牙内倾型深覆(牙合)矫治的有效方法。方法总结该类病例的临床表现,正畸矫治器的设计及矫治方法,并对矫治前后进行X线头影测量分析及配对T检验。结果患者上下颌骨关系明显改善,前牙牙槽高度、后牙牙槽高度、ANB角、上下中切牙轴角及16岁以下患者下颌体长度矫治前后有显著性差异。结论治疗前牙内倾型深覆(牙合)的关键在于升高后牙牙槽高度,降低前牙牙槽高度,改正前牙轴向,促进下颌骨的生长发育。
Objective To investigate the treatment methods for lingual tipping deep overbite. Methods Clinical symptoms, appliances designs, and treatment methods were evaluated in the study. Lateral cephalometric X-ray films were taken before and after orthodontic treatment for each patient. A paired t - test was used for data analysis. Results The height of anterior and posterior alveolar, ANB angle, anterior axis of central incisors, and the Go - Gn linear measurement for the patients under 16 years old showed significant differences before and after treatment. Conclusion The key factors of lingual tipping deep overbite treatment include elevating the posterior alveolar height, reducing the anterior alveolar height, correcting the anterior dental axis, and increasing mandibular growth.
