摘要 杨梅黄酮是一种广泛存在于自然界中的黄酮醇物质。本文综述了杨梅黄酮不同的提取工艺,如普遍使用的有机溶剂萃取法、超临界萃取法、膜分离法和加压溶剂萃取法等多种提取方法。以及杨梅黄酮的生物活性,如通过清除自由基的方式发挥抗氧化和抗菌效应,抑制TNF-α、IL-12和COX-2等炎症因子的表达以及减少释放起到抗炎的作用。杨梅黄酮还具有一定的抗肿瘤活性,可以通过阻滞细胞周期下调Cyclin D1表达水平抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖;影响ERK信号通路引起细胞凋亡。除此之外,杨梅黄酮还可以增加胰岛素受体的表达,发挥降糖作用;同时还具有调血脂、降低神经毒性和抗纤维化等多种生物活性。 Myricetin is a flavonol substance widely found in nature. This review summarizes the different extraction methods of flavonoids from Myrica rubra, such as commonly used organic solvent extraction, supercritical fluid extraction and newly applied membrane separation and pressurized solvent extraction. As well as the biological activity of Myricetin flavonoids, antioxidant and antimicrobial effects such as better anti-oxidation and the ability to eliminate free radicals, inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors such as TNF-a, IL-12 and COX-2 and reduce the release of anti-inflammatory The role of inflammation. Myricetin also has anti-tumor activity, which can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells by blocking the cell cycle and downregulated the expression of Cyclin D1 and induce apoptosis though ERK signaling pathway. In addition, myricetin also has a variety of biological activities such as reducing blood glucose through increasing insulin receptor expression; reducing the level of TG TC LDL; reducing neurotoxicity and antifibrosis.
