摘要
本文综述了超临界流体萃取技术及其近年来该技术在中药生物碱、黄酮类、皂甙类及挥发油等有效成分提取中的应用,并对超临界流体萃取技术的应用前景进行了展望。
The paper deals mainly with the principle ot the technology of supercritical fluid extraction and it＇s application in the extraction of alkaloid, anthoxanthin, saponin and volatile oil. It presents the prospect of the development of supercritical CO2 extraction technique.
