摘要
使用两台CASIO FH-25高速摄像机,运用生物力学等研究方法,对陕西省6名羽毛球运动员后场正手高远球技术进行研究。发现:1)该级别羽毛球运动员在引拍阶段右肩关节角度呈规侓性变化,右肩关节角度随引拍角度的增大而逐渐增大;而相对应的右侧肘关节角度并没有呈现一定的规律性,这种无规律的肘关节角度调整,能够在引拍阶段使手臂达到最佳击球效果的姿势,前臂在引拍结束前均会做一些内旋调整,以达到更好的效果。2)在击球瞬间,羽毛球运动员肩关节角度达到全过程最大值,各个关节点的速度呈时序性变化,表现为右手、右腕关节、右肘关节依次递减的速度变化规律。这种手臂不同部位的速变化规律可以聚集更多的动能用于击球,以获得高的击球点。
The author studied backcourt forehand lofty ball technique of 6 badminton players from Shaanxi by using two CASIO FH-25 high-speed cameras and kinematics analysis.The results showed that:1)In the backswing stage players" right shoulder joint angle changed regularly and gradually increased with the increase of backswing angle,and the right elbow angle did not change regularly.This irregular elbow angle adjustment would be more conducive to hitting the shooting position.The forearm would do some internal rotation adjustment before the end of backswing to achieve better results.2)At the moment of hitting,badminton player's shoulder joint angle reached the maximum of the whole process.The speed of each joint point changed at a certain time sequence.The descending order of speed change was from right hand to right wrist ioint to right elbow.This could gather more kinetic energy for batting,in order to fight for a high hit noint.
