摘要
通过对羽毛球正手高远球反序教学法进行实验研究,结果表明:反序教学法与常规教学相比,能有效提高高远球的质量,达到提高课堂教学效果的目的及增强学习兴趣。
The result of the research on contrary sequence teaching method for forehand deep high service in badminton shows that the contrary sequence teaching method can improve the quality of deep high service effectively compared with the ordinary teaching method. It can reach the goal of enhancing the teaching effects in class and stimulating the students＇ learning interests.
