摘要
目的:探索FMS测试在青少年篮球运动中的应用。方法:选取青少年篮球运动员97名,其中女运动员59名(ACL术后3名),男运动员38名(ACL术后4名);根据评分标准对运动员进行评分,记录随后1年内损伤情况;对乙组进行训练干预,再进行评分;对7名ACL术后康复训练队员,根据需要安排4次FMS评分;采用SPSS11.5统计软件,对数据进行方差分析、配对T检验,显著性水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结果:甲组评分优于乙组(P<0.05),丙组评分优于乙组(P<0.05),甲组评分优于丙组(P<0.01),主要的薄弱动作模式主要是跨栏上步动作模式;女运动员评分优于男运动员(P<0.01),差异主要在转动稳定性模式(P<0.05);训练后评分优于训练前(P<0.01),差异主要在过顶深蹲(P<0.01)和直线箭步蹲动作模式(P<0.05);FMS测试评分总分参考值在13时,损伤次数存在差异(P<0.05);在青少年篮球运动员ACL康复训练过程中,总分有不断提高的趋势。结论:青少年篮球运动员FMS评分总分、转体稳定性评分女篮高于男篮,针对性训练可以改善青少年篮球运动员FMS动作模式;FMS测试可以用来预测青少年篮球运动员的伤病风险,在FMS评分总分小于13时,运动员的伤病次数明显增加;在青少年篮球运动员ACL术后康复训练中,通过FMS测试,可以有针对性地减少动作的不对称。
Objective:To explore the application of functional movement screen(FMS)tests in basketball movement for teenagers.Methods:97 teenage basketball players were selected for tests,including 59 female players(3 players after ACL surgery)and 38 male players(4 players after ACL surgery).Players were scored according to grading standards and injuries were recorded in the next year.After a training intervention,the Group B was scored.7 players,in the rehabilitative training after ACL surgery,were undergoing scoring of FMS for 4 times according requirements.Analysis of variance data and paired t-tests were made by using SPSS 11.5 statistical software.The data were on a significant level(P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01).Results:The score of Group A was higher to that of Group B(P 〈0.05).The score of Group C was higher to that of Group B(P〈 0.05).The score of Group A was higher to that of Group C(P〈 0.01).The main weakness was lay-up shooting.The score of female players was superior to that of male players(P〈0.01)and the principal difference was rotational stability(P〈0.05).The score after training was better than that before training(P〈0.01)and the difference was mainly in the overhead squat(P〈0.05)and in-line lunge(P〈0.05).There was the difference in the number of injuries(P 〈0.05)when the total score reference value of FMS tests was 13.In the ACL rehabilitation process of teenage basketball players,the total score was in an increasing trend.Conclusion:The total points of FMS score for female teenage basketball players and the score of rotational score are higher than those of male basketball players.Targeted training can improve the FMS pattern of teenage basketball players.FMS tests can be used to predict injury risk of teenage basketball players.When the total scoring of FMS is less than 13,the injury frequency of players was obviously increased.Through the FMS tests,the asymmetry of the action can be reduced in the rehabilitation training of teenage bask
