摘要
运用文献资料法分析2017~2020年新周期竞技体操规则的变化,探索竞技体操发展的趋势。结果表明:规则总体上以及各单项都出现了重要的变化,规则的变化充分体现了体操以及各个单项的特点,引导体操以及各单项的发展;更加具体清晰地区分难度动作,更加人性化,减少可能造成伤害的一些危险性动作;鼓励运动员使用自己擅长的难度动作和技术,充分发挥运动员的特长;鼓励难度的同时,控制单项的典型性错误,注重难度与完成情况的平衡;注重提高比赛的可观赏性。对运动员的技术全面性和实力提出更高的要求。
By the method of literature,international code of point of artistic gymnastics 2017 was analyzed.It emphasized the main variation of the 2017-2020 version of code of point.The result showed as flowing：Important and definite variation presented to the general and six events.The variation reflected characteristic of artistic and different event and guided their development.Element of difficulty were differentiated specifically.Its humanized code would reduce the danger of gymnast.Gymnast were encouraged to use their adept element and technology to gived play to their characteristic.It emphasized the balance between the difficulty and performance by means of controlling the typical fault.It was important to improve the ornamental value.Athletic highlevel comprehensive ability and skill was demanded.
