摘要
运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法,对参加第49届世界体操锦标赛的前8名单杠决赛运动员成套动作的编排特征进行研究。结果显示:(1)成套动作选择以Ⅱ、Ⅲ组动作为主,动作难度集中趋向C、D、E三个组别,A、B组动作使用数量锐减,并向着F、G、H组更高难度动作不断努力;(2)第Ⅰ组动作中大回环转体类动作成为首选,第Ⅱ组动作形成特卡切夫类、马尔凯洛夫类、空翻越杠类"三足鼎立"局面,第Ⅲ组动作中穿衍生动作为主体,正、反掏类动作使用稳定,第Ⅳ组下法仍未打破直体后空翻两周转体类动作的垄断局面;(3)"特卡切夫类+特卡切夫类"仍为编排主流,"马凯洛夫类+马凯洛夫类"成为编排亮点,"空翻越杠类+空翻越杠类"成为编排"杀手锏",连接串由"二连飞"向"三、四连飞"跨越发展,使动作连接技术更具惊险性、欣赏性、创新性。
By using the methods of literature data,video observation and statistical analysis,this paper analyzes the choreography characteristics of Horizontal Bars Routine in the 49 th World Gymnastics Championships.The results show that:(1)the selection of complete sets of movements is mainly based on movements in groupsⅡandⅢ.The difficulty of movement tends to the three groups of C,D,and E;(2)the number of movements in groups A and B decreases sharply,and efforts are continuously made towards the more difficult movements in groups F,G,and H;Body movements became the first choice.The second group of movements formed the"Tripod"situation of the Tkachev,Marchelov,and somersault bars.In the third group of movements,the derivative movements were the main body,and the forward and reverse cuts were used Stable,the Group IV method has not broken the monopoly of straight back flipping two-turn movements;(3)"Tekachev class+Tekachev class"is still the mainstream of choreography,"Makarov class+The Makelov class"became the highlight of the arrangement,and the"flip-over bar+flip-over bar"became the"killer",and the connection string developed from"two consecutive flights"to"three and four consecutive flights",making the action connection technology more thrilling,appreciative and innovative.
