摘要
教育部近期印发的《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》将普通高校师范类专业的认证推向正轨。师范类专业作为培养职前教师的载体,在专业认证背景下面临着诸多挑战。职前体育教师是高校体育教育专业培养的人才,面临师范类专业认证,存在着职前体育教师培养缺乏特色和统一性、对职前体育教师培养质量监测不完善等问题。对于此,提出应建立常态的职前体育教师数据监测制度、根据学校层次有针对地培养体育教师、根据认证标准调整培养方案、各专业应积极参与认证而获得专业的认可等策略,从而为职前体育教师的培养提供参考。
Measures for the implementation of professional certification in normal colleges（ provisional） recently released by Ministry of Education put the certification of teacher major in higher colleges into practice. As the carrier to cultivate pre-service teacher,teacher Major is facing a lot of challenges under the background of professional certification. Pre-service physical education teachers are those talents cultivated by Physical Education in universities. Under the background of teacher major certification,pre-service physical education teachers＇ cultivation lacks characteristics and unity. Besides,the monitoring of preservice physical education teachers＇ cultivation quality should be improved. To solve these problems,normal pre-service physical education teachers＇ data monitoring system should be set up. And according to school levels,develop pre-service physical education teacher. According to certification standards,we should adjust cultivation program. What＇s more,majors should take part in certification positively to get professional approval. These strategies are to provide reference to pre-service physical education teachers＇ cultivation.
