摘要
文章系统论述了工程硕士培养教育与高级设备监理师资格对接认证工作的产生背景、体系建设、对接实践等,提出了目前工程硕士(设备监理)专业学位与高级设备监理师对接中存在的问题,并从对接机制完善、反馈机制建立、对接标准及认证程序规范等方面,提出完善工程硕士培养与设备监理职业资格对接工作的建议。
This paper expounds the background, system establishment, and practice of the matching of MEng （Master of Engineering） education with the qualification of senior equipment supervisor. It points out the problems still existing in the matching work. The paper also puts forward suggestions on how to improve the matching system, set up a feedback system, and normalize the matching standard and certification process so as to make the work better implemented.
