摘要 按照核电压力容器接管马鞍型焊缝的特点与工艺流程,设计出以PLC为控制核心,配备由高性能GT系列触摸屏、总线伺服定位控制系统、高性能导电滑环、自动焊接机架等组成的马鞍型自动焊接设备。通过现场试验与产品实际焊接,证明该套马鞍型埋弧自动焊机自动化程度高,马鞍型焊缝控制准确,焊缝成形良好,在核电、造船、锅炉与海洋工程等行业中具有较高的实用价值。 Based on the characteristics and process flow of saddle-shaped welds on the nozzles of the reactor pressure vessel of nuclear power plans, an automatic welding machine has been designed specially for saddle-shaped welds. The machine consists of PLC-cored control system, high performance GT-series touch screen, bus servo positioning control system, high performance slip ring and automated machine frame. Both trial welding and actual product welding of the machine show the welding machine has higher automation level, makes accurate saddle-shaped welds and provides better appearance of welds.It can work excellently in the fields of nuclear power, ship-building, boiler and ocean engineering industries.
