双钨极钨针位置及焊枪姿态对焊道成形的影响

摘要 分析双钨极焊枪钨针三种空间位置对焊道成形质量的影响,以堆焊为例,通过调整双钨极焊枪倾角、钨针端部间距的焊接试验,确定倾斜双钨极焊枪的最佳方案。利用电弧挺度原理,将电弧温度最高区域直接作用于焊缝根部,解决双钨极堆焊中,焊缝根部易产生未熔合缺陷的问题。研究得到焊枪倾斜倾斜角度在20~30°,双钨极间距1~3mm,可以获得良好的焊缝成形。 This paper analyzes the influence of three different spatial positions of the tungsten needle of double tungsten electrode welding gun on the weld bead quality,and takes overlay welding as example to determine the optimal solution for inclined double tungsten electrode welding gun by carrying out welding experiments including adjusting the inclination angle of the double tungsten electrode welding gun and distance between the tungsten needle tips.On basis of the principle of arc stiffness,the area with the highest arc temperature is directly applied to the weld root to solve the problem of lack of fusion.The results show that satisfactory weld bead can be formed by applying the welding gun inclination angle of 20~30°and tungsten electrode distance of 1~3 mm.
