摘要
热冲压成形全自动化生产线工艺要求较高、各工序协调性较好。对高强度U形钢板热冲压成形工艺进行了分析,运用PLC及模糊PID设计了它的智能化控制系统,对其主要工艺参数及各工序之间的动作进行智能化控制。结果表明,控制系统智能化水平较高,能够精确地控制热冲压成形中的关键参数温度;能够实现对整个系统主要工艺参数进行实时监测与控制,实时协调各工序动作;且能对生产中各种异常条件进行提示及异常事件的记录,有效地防止异常情况发生。
The process requirements of hot stamping forming automatic production line are high and it requires good coordination of each process.The hot stamping process of high strength U-shaped steel sheet was analyzed.The intelligent control system was designed by using PLC and fuzzy PID.The main process parameters and the action between the processes were intelligently controlled.The results show that the intelligent level of the control system is high,and it can accurately control the temperature of key parameters in hot stamping forming.It can monitor and control the main process parameters of the whole system in real-time,and coordinate the movement of each process in real-time.All kinds of abnormal conditions in production can be indicated and recorded,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of abnormal conditions.
