摘要 文章应用CATIA软件对整体叶轮进行了逆向造型设计,分析了整体叶轮的加工特点,制定了合理的加工工艺。同时,文章应用Cimatron软件对整体叶轮进行了加工程序的编制。在Vericut环境中,构建了DMU60monoBLOCK的五轴数控仿真平台,对整体叶轮进行了加工仿真,避免了实际加工过程中可能存在的碰撞和干涉,保证了NC程序的正确性。最后,通过刀具轨迹的优化,提高了整体叶轮的加工效率和表面质量,缩短了加工周期,降低了生产成本。 The model of the integral impeller is designed through reverse engineering on CATIA.The machining characteristics of the integral impeller are introduced and machining process is elaborated in this study.The NC program of the integral impeller is programmed by Cimarron.The five-axis NC simulation platform of DMU60 monoblock is built by the VERICUT software.The correctness of the NC program is ensured by the machining simulation and the collisions or interferences which occasionally occur in the actual machining are also avoided.The processing efficiency and quality are improved through optimizing the tool path for the integral impeller.Though these methods,the processing cycle is shortened and the cost is reduced.
