摘要
数控加工仿真是虚拟制造的底层关键技术,基于虚拟制造的需求,设计了五轴数控加工仿真系统。从结构设计、仿真数据建模、加工算法实现等方面对这一系统进行了介绍与分析,并进行了效果验证。
Numerical control machining simulation is the key technology of the bottom layer of virtual manufacturing. Based on the demand of virtual manufacturing, a simulation system for five- axes Numerical control machining was designed. This system was introduced and analyzed from the aspects of structural design, simulation data modeling and realization of processing algorithm and the performance was validated.
