摘要
本文在建构结构方程政府网站公众满意度模型的基础上,对政府网站公众满意度调查问卷的结果进行了实证分析,从中找出影响政府网站政务服务满意度的原因和政府网站在推进"互联网+政务服务"中存在的问题,进而从落实信息公开制度,做好政民互动;推进政务数据开放和信息共享,增强用户体验的获得感;缩小数字鸿沟,精准回应不同群体诉求;应用新技术、新媒体开展线下线上协同服务等方面提出对策建议。
On the basis of constructing a model of public satisfaction pf government websites through structural equation, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the results of the survey on the public satisfaction of government websites, and finds out the reasons that affect the satisfaction of the services of government websites and the existing problems of government websites in promoting "Internet Plus Government Service" , so as to strengthen the construction of government websites,implement the information disclosure system,and do a good job in government and people interaction;promote the government data disclosure and information sharing, strengthen the user experience and the sense of gain ;narrow the digital gap,respond accurately to the demands of different groups;and come up with advice for applying new technologies new media to carry out offline and online cooperative services.
