摘要
党的十八届三中全会以后,农村土地规制的改革步入关键时期,深层次的土地规制改革牵涉到许多方面,除了"三农"这一难题外,还要团结人心,把资源联合在一起全方位促进改革成功。近年来,随着大数据风起云涌,数据化的累积和云计算解析的联合逐渐融入各个行业,变成了支持科学决策的重要手段。本文通过以互联网的搜索数据作为基础,分析大数据在集体土地产权流转监控中的作用,给农村土地规制的变动提供趋势分析支撑。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the reform of rural land regulation has entered a crucial period. Deep reform of land regulation involves many aspects. Besides the difficult problem—＂agriculture,rural areas and farmers＂,the reform also needs the unity between people. Different resources should be united together to promote the success of the reform. In recent years,with the development of big data,data collection and cloud computing analysis have gradually been used in all walks of life,which has become an important means to support scientific decision-making. Based on the Internet search data,this paper analyzes the effect of big data on monitoring the circulation of the rural collective land right,and aims to provide the trend analysis for the changes of rural land regulation.
