摘要
弹载T/R组件组装密度高,侧壁连接器多,尺寸较航天产品大,且压氦检漏过程中4047铝合金盖板的弹性变形易造成焊缝气密失效,这就对弹载T/R的焊缝熔深和焊缝质量提出了更高的要求,同时封焊过程中焊缝附近的温升应严格控制在连接器低温钎焊缝熔点以下。采用激光焊接技术对弹载高密度T/R组件进行了封焊试验,对不同激光能量封焊后的焊缝熔深和焊缝质量进行了研究和分析,并测试了焊缝附近关键位置的温升。在此基础上,获得了满足弹载高密度T/R封装需求的激光焊缝及相应参数,使组件封焊后整体气密性能满足并优于GJB548B要求。
The characteristic of microwave components with high integration is plenty sidewall connectors, larger size, and the 4047 aluminum alloy plate is easy to cause weld airtight fails in helium leak detection the process. For this reason, higher requirements are proposed for the weld penetration and welding quality, while the temperature rise should be under the melting point of low temperature brazing weld. The laser welding technology in different parameters was employed to seal the microwave components with high integration, weld penetration and welding quality of the components were investigated after the laser welding process, meanwhile the temperature rise around the laser-welding seam was also tested. On the basis of this, the appropriate weld penetration and corresponding parameters of high integrated microwave components are obtained, so that the gas tightness performance of the components is satisfied and superior to the requirements of GJB548 B.
