摘要
在研究基于学习产出(OBE)教育模式的基础上,对宁波工程学院"数据库理论与技术"课程的教学进行了改革。首先根据用人单位对人才的需求和本专业开展的工程教育专业认证工作的需要,重新审视确定本课程的学习目标;然后根据学习目标反向设计重构教学内容和教学方法,确定以学生为中心、目标为导向的教学方法;最后设计"学习产出"的教育模式的评价机制,公平、合理、有效地评价每位学生的"学习产出"目标达成情况。实践结果表明,通过这种教育模式的培养,可以有效提高学生的专业能力和综合素养。
The paper discusses the teaching reform on the Database Principle and Technique course based on the Outcome-based Education(OBE) model in Ningbo University of Technology. First, the learning objectives were redefined as per the talent demand of the employers and the requirements of the engineering education accreditation, then the course content and teaching methods re-designed according to the learning objectives, i.e., student-centered and goal-oriented methods and finally the evaluation system was set up typical of learning output to ensure the rational and effective assessment of student output. The results indicate that this reform could effectively boost students' professional ability and overall qualities as well.
