摘要
河北省自2014年实施商事制度改革以来,市场准入准营门槛大幅降低,市场主体数量呈"井喷式"增长。但在事中事后市场监管理念、法律制度、机构设置、监管方式和监管队伍等方面存在制约因素,影响着市场监管的质量和效率。为此,应在更新监管理念,构建监管法律制度责任体系,推进市场监管体制改革,革新监管方式,打造高素质监管队伍方面做好工作,努力构建以法治为基础、企业自律和社会共治为支撑的市场监管新格局。
Since the implementation of the commercial system refor^n in 2014 , the market access threshold significantlylower camp, the number of market main body is on a ＂blowout＂ growth in hebei province. Beforehand but the later concept of market regulation, legal sys tem, institutions and regulation mode and te am, as well as restricting fa ctors, affecting the quality and efficiency of market regulation. Therefore,we should update in supervision idea,construct legal system of super-vision responsibility system, promote the refor^m of market regulation, and innovate approach, to create high -quality superision team aspect, effort to build on the new pattern of market regulation on the basis of the rule of law, self -d isc ip line of enterprises and social work to support.
