摘要
目的通过对扬州市某环境股份有限公司污泥处置及资源化利用项目职业病防护设施设计专篇的分析,评价其职业病防护设施与具体指标的可行性。方法综合运用类比法和检查表法对建设项目进行评价分析。结果建设项目生产过程中可能存在的职业病有害因素有氨、硫化氢、硫酸、盐酸、氢氧化钠、其他粉尘、高温、噪声及工频电场等。类比企业检测结果显示,硫化氢、氨、噪声及工频电场合格率均为100%。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重项目,在认真落实该专篇设计的职业病危害管理措施和防护设施的情况下,可达到预防和控制职业病危害的目的。
[Objective] To analyze the facility design of occupational disease protection for a project on sludge disposal and resource utilization in Yangzhou City, evaluate the feasibility of the occupational protection facilities and specific indicators.[Methods] Analogy and checklists method were adopted for evaluation and analysis. [Results] The main occupational disease hazards of the project included ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, other dusts,high temperature, noise, and power frequency electric field. The analog enterprise test showed that the qualification rates of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, noise and the power frequency electric field were 100%. [Conclusion] This is a project with relatively serious occupational disease hazards. The occupational diseases should be prevented and controlled when all occupational health managements and protection facilities are carefully carried out.
