某工业机器人智能制造技术改造项目职业病危害预评价

摘要 为了识别、分析与评价某工业机器人智能制造技术改造项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出了可行的防护补充措施。采用类比法、工程分析法、检查表法相结合的原则,对拟建工程可能产生的职业病危害因素及防护措施进行了定性及定量评价。结果表明:该拟建项目正常生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有化学毒物、电焊烟尘、噪声、紫外辐射,类比检测的结果均符合职业接触限值的要求。该项目为职业病危害一般的建设项目,若能认真落实和实施本预评价报告中所提及的职业病防护设施和补充措施及建议,在职业病防护角度分析,该拟建项目是可行的。 Objective:This paper isto identify,analyze and evaluate possible occupational hazards risk factors existed in technological transformation project of industrial robot and intelligent manufacturing.Then,it givesrelated protective measures.Methods:The evaluation was preceded by using combination of analogy method,checking tables method and engineering analysis method.The occupational risk factors and protective measures were evaluated with qualitative and quantitative analysis.Results:In the normal production process,the occupational risk factors that might exist in the proposed project included physical factors and chemical factors.Analogy detection of chemical poisons,dust and ultraviolet radiation all met the requirements of occupational exposure limits.Conclusion:The project is a common occupational hazard project.In the normal production operation,the occupational risk factors possibly existed in the proposed project is able to be prevented and controlled.On the view of occupational hygiene,this project is feasible.
