摘要
课程体系是影响研究生能力和知识结构的关键因素,目前,我国林业硕士专业学位研究生课程体系存在的问题是人才培养目标定位不清晰、课程结构设置与目标定位不相匹配、课程内容重理论轻实践、实践课程设置灵活性不够、指导教师的素质有待提高。究其原因是对专业学位本质认识不足,研究生课程更新体系缺失、指导教师保障制度和校企联合培养保障体系缺失。基于此,为构建我国科学的林业硕士专业学位研究生科学的课程体系,需要明确课程目标、优化课程体系结构和内容、积极推进教师队伍建设、构建校企协同培养保障体系。
Curriculum system is the key factor influencing the graduate student abilities and knowledge structures. At present,the problem of course system for full-time master of forestry in China is that the training target of master of forestry is not clear,the curriculum structure does not match the curriculum goal orientation,the content of the course is more theoretical and less practical,the practical curriculum is not flexible enough and the quality of the instructors should be improved. The causes of the above problems are the nature of professional degrees which has not been fully realized,lacking of curriculum renewal system,the teacher protection system and college-enterprise joint cultivation system have not been established. Based on these,in order to build a scientific curriculum system for master of forestry in China,First,the curriculum objectives need to be identified,second,the curriculum structure and content need to be optimized,finally,the teaching staff need to be improved and need to be build college-enterprise joint cultivation system.
